Fairy Floss is extremely monotone and can always be seen with a bored expression. He talks in a flat, blank voice, making some people think he is rude and standoffish; he actually just has trouble expressing himself and is actually a very sweet and chill guy. They are relatively quiet most of the time which adds to the impression that they are completely uninterested in others, but they do care a lot. He is also very blunt and takes things literally. He could say the most insane things and still have the same blank expression!
mr Fairy Floss loves cute things and his fairy kei accessories reflect that. His cutesy fashion expresses himself since it's hard to do it otherwise. Cats always love them instantly.
